1) Programmer (Full-Stack / WordPress + PHP)

We are looking for a hands-on programmer who can build and maintain production features across our WordPress-based marketplace ecosystem. You should be comfortable working on custom plugins, front-end + back-end workflows, debugging real issues, and improving code without breaking existing modules.

What you’ll work on

  • build and improve marketplace workflows (quote requests, dashboards, billing/credits, messaging, verification flows);
  • develop and maintain custom WordPress plugins and integrations;
  • fix bugs, fatal errors, performance issues, and edge-case workflow problems;
  • improve mobile responsiveness and front-end usability in existing features;
  • work with product/design to ship practical improvements quickly;
  • write maintainable code and document important logic for future updates.

Required skills

  • strong PHP and WordPress plugin development experience;
  • solid JavaScript, HTML, CSS skills;
  • experience with MySQL and WordPress data structures (posts/meta/taxonomies/options);
  • debugging experience (PHP errors, hooks, AJAX, template conflicts, plugin compatibility);
  • ability to work safely in existing codebases with multiple moving parts;
  • Git/version control workflow experience.

Nice to have

  • WooCommerce integration experience;
  • experience building role-based dashboards / marketplace systems;
  • API integrations (payments, messaging, email, external services);
  • security/performance optimization experience for WordPress.

What success looks like in this role

  • features ship with fewer regressions;
  • bugs get diagnosed faster and fixed cleanly;
  • existing workflows become more reliable and easier to use;
  • code quality improves without slowing down product momentum.

2) Web Designer (UI/UX + Front-End)

We are hiring a web designer who can turn complex marketplace workflows into clean, trustworthy, user-friendly screens. This role is not just about visuals — it is about making quote workflows easier for consumers, agents, and brokerage teams.

What you’ll work on

  • design and improve key pages (marketplace listings, dashboards, quote detail pages, team admin screens, help pages);
  • create responsive layouts that work well on mobile, tablet, and desktop;
  • improve visual hierarchy, spacing, readability, and button/CTA clarity;
  • reduce user confusion in multi-step workflows and dense dashboard screens;
  • prepare reusable UI patterns/components for consistent product design;
  • collaborate with developers to ensure designs are practical and implementation-ready.

Required skills

  • strong UI/UX design experience for web applications or marketplaces;
  • excellent layout, typography, spacing, and interaction design skills;
  • responsive/mobile-first design experience;
  • ability to design for clarity, trust, and usability (not just aesthetics);
  • experience creating developer-friendly mockups/specs;
  • working knowledge of HTML/CSS/front-end constraints.

Nice to have

  • experience with design systems or component libraries;
  • experience improving dashboards or B2B tool UX;
  • WordPress / Avada or CMS-based design experience;
  • basic front-end implementation skills (HTML/CSS/JS).

What success looks like in this role

  • screens become easier to understand at a glance;
  • mobile usability improves significantly;
  • users make fewer mistakes in key workflows;
  • design patterns become more consistent across the platform.

3) AI Software Developer (Automation + AI Workflows)

We are looking for an AI software developer to build practical AI-assisted tools and automations that improve content operations, internal workflows, and product quality. This role is focused on useful production outcomes — not demo-only AI features.

What you’ll work on

  • build AI-assisted internal tools for content generation, data extraction, QA, and workflow support;
  • create automation pipelines that connect product workflows, structured data, and internal review steps;
  • design safe and reliable prompting/validation logic for production use;
  • implement fallbacks, guardrails, and human-review checkpoints where needed;
  • evaluate output quality and improve consistency over time;
  • collaborate with product/dev teams to integrate AI features into real user workflows.

Required skills

  • strong software development background (Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript preferred);
  • experience building AI-powered tools using LLM APIs and workflow automation;
  • understanding of prompt design, output validation, and reliability tradeoffs;
  • experience with structured data parsing/transformation (JSON, CSV, APIs);
  • ability to build practical systems with logging, monitoring, and error handling;
  • comfort working in iterative product environments.

Nice to have

  • experience with content QA, moderation, or classification pipelines;
  • experience integrating AI features into WordPress/CMS or marketplace products;
  • familiarity with embeddings/search/retrieval workflows;
  • experience with compliance-sensitive or trust-sensitive product design.

What success looks like in this role

  • AI features save time without lowering quality;
  • automation reduces repetitive manual work and support overhead;
  • outputs become more consistent and easier to review;
  • AI tools are production-ready, not fragile experiments.

How we work

  • fast iteration with real product feedback;
  • practical problem-solving over theory-only work;
  • clear communication and accountability;
  • focus on user trust, usability, and reliability;
  • collaboration across product, design, and engineering.

Good fit for this team

You like improving real products, handling messy edge cases, and shipping useful work. You care about details and can move quickly without sacrificing quality.
