How to report a problem

To report an agent, brokerage, or abuse issue, contact QuoteFinder.ca support and use a clear label in the first line:

Recommended first-line labels:

  • Abuse report — for spam, harassment, impersonation, suspicious conduct, misuse
  • Report agent — for concerns about an individual provider/agent
  • Report brokerage — for concerns about a brokerage/team account
  • Security Report — for account compromise, phishing, or security concerns

What to include in your report (important)

Clear reports are easier to review and act on. Include as much of the following as you can:

  • who you are (client, agent, team member, brokerage admin, etc.);
  • the account/profile/business name you are reporting (if visible);
  • the page URL(s) involved (profile, request page, market page, message thread, etc.);
  • what happened (plain-English summary);
  • why you believe it is abusive, misleading, or suspicious;
  • date/time the incident happened (and your time zone if possible);
  • whether the behavior is ongoing right now;
  • screenshots, message text, or other relevant evidence.

Best evidence = exact details

Exact message text, screenshots, and page URLs are usually much more useful than a general summary alone.
