How a brokerage/team becomes verified

The verification process may vary, but typically includes submission of organization-level information and/or documents followed by platform review under QuoteFinder.ca criteria.

Brokerage/team submits required account and organization information through the platform.
QuoteFinder.ca reviews the submission and may request additional details or documents.
Verification status is approved, denied, or remains pending based on platform criteria.
The badge may appear on the brokerage/team profile if approved and the account remains in good standing.

Verification may require ongoing updates

Brokerages/teams may be asked to re-confirm organization details or submit updated documents if account information changes, documents expire, or platform verification standards are updated.

When organization verification may be removed or suspended

QuoteFinder.ca may remove, suspend, or change a brokerage/team verification status if:
